Not the typical trophy that is hung on a wall - forever frozen in time - staring, stiff and untouchable. Our studio is responsible for a much different sort of curio indeed -
SOFT SCULPTURE TAXIDERMY. This is a form of taxidermy in which the head of a fur pelt is mounted over a traditional lightweight taxidermy form, using high quality glass eyes, clay, and fabric ear liners to rebuild the facial

features of the animal. Unlike traditional taxidermy, the body is not glued over a rigid form, but instead carefully shaped and stuffed with fluffy poly-fill. The result is a moveable, pose-able, totable, cuddly creature that can go anywhere - and be displayed anywhere- as part of room decor, a costume prop, or educational display. Unique in it’s versatility, and ability to adapt - like a real living creature would.

A gorgeous arctic wolf. This pelt is fresh tanned and sourced from Moscow Hide and Fur. Absolutely stunning color on this one and a full thick mane!

This wolf has been mounted up with yellow glass eyes by Tohickon, a custom carved head and wiring in the legs and tail for structure.

Heavily discounted due to numerous slip spots (all have been repaired- see pics in comments). I also have replaced most of his missing claws with epoxy sculpt. Normal price for a wolf of this size and color would be well over 3k.

This very cuddly, very adorable baby trash panda is ava¡lable! 🖤🦝😍

Freshly mounted with a garment tanned pelt from Moscow Hide and Fur, a custom carved head and black glass eyes. This little raccoon was sourced from NY state and is very fluffy! He measures about 12" long from nose to rump plus tail. About a third to half the size of a full grown raccoon. This little one has been gently weighted with a bean bag belly for a little flop, and he has wiring in his neck, legs and tail so he can be posed.

Little 🖤derpy🖤 reject fox. Heavily discoun.ted! This little juvenile cross fox pelt was absolutely gorgeous! Unfortuately, her leather was so thin that she completely fell apart on me. :( I was faced with throwing her out and starting over with a fresh pelt; or trying my best to salvage her. I chose the latter and this was the end result! She came out okay, albeit a replacement paw and a LOT of stitching and glue.

The good news, is that she is a nice fresh tan and should still last a long time on a shelf or a curio cabinet. She will hold up to gentle posing and cuddling. She is weighted, with a partial armature and pretty yellow glass eyes.

Hiked a small portion of the Pacific Crest Trail near Odell Lake, with this very special and rare northern Montana tricolor coyote. 😍🧡🖤🤍

This one can NOT take a bad photo! Partial armature, generously weighted; and featuring my last set of white banded yellow wolf eyes by Tohickon.

ADOPT.ED! This Glacier fox is a truly beautiful, and one of a kind soft mount. 🦊😍

This fox has a thick, fluffy coat in beautiful pale gray/beige tones with spotted feet! He has been soft garment tanned by Moyle so he smells like fresh leather and will last many, many years to come! Featuring a partial armature, he poses nicely but is still soft, floppy and snuggly. Also weighted, to double as a perfect anxiety relief buddy. ❤️

The gorgeous brown/hazel eyes by Tohickon truly complete this stunning fox. He will accompany me to a local oddities expo, unless he is claim.ed here first.

This STUNNING extra, extra heavy winter furred coyote is from Northern Montana. He is absolutely gorgeous 🥰😍🐺 and has the most incredible mane and equally striking pale markings. His coloring is perfection and he looks like he was pulled straight from a Yellowstone nature documentary! 🏞

This one is weighted, with a partial armature. He poses nicely in a laying position but is also soft and floppy. He has also been mounted with one of my LAST sets of yellow glass eyes by Tohickon. This is an extra special coyote!

This coyote will accompany me to a local oddities expo unless he is claim.ed here first. How can you say no to this inquisitive creature?

Both Ad.op.ted!!! This chubby set of raccoons is ready to come to an oddities expo with me! (Unless they are spoken for here, first!) 🦝🤩😉

Two nice, fluffy Wyoming raccoons, both are weighted and floppy with partial armatures. (Their legs and tail are posable and they can hold their head up!) The bigger raccoon has brown eyes, and his smaller friend has shiny black eyes.😍 Both are being dis.counted due to very minor flaws. Which is your favorite? 🥺

A beautiful black and tan (tricolor?) coyote that I just finished up. This one is interesting because the fur quality is that of a heavy western type coyote - extremely thick and plush - but this color variation is more commonly seen on Northeastern coyotes.

There will most definitely be more photos to come!

A beautiful collicott marble fox, headed home to a very excited customer! This is a rare and unique colored fox and he paired so nicely with a set of yellow hand painted eyes by Tohickon. 🖤

This fox is weighted, with a partial armature and a custom carved head form. I am definitely sad to see this one go!

❄️ The bitter cold and black ice foiled my plans to adventure into the woods and get photos 'in the wild' this weekend. 🥶 But I have been hard at work this month and I'll have several projects to unveil this week! Including this very handsome wolfy-looking coyote. Just look at that white tipped tail!! 🤩
