I have a number of Mini Rex that have a ride to Convention. Varieties include broken castor, broken otter, castor, otter, and white. New owners are responsible for transport costs to Convention along with entering and caring for them while in Reno. Send me a message if you’re interested in a more detailed list.

Attention Mini Rex exhibitors: The Midwest Mini Rex Club will host an open and youth specialty show judged by Erik Bengston in Cambridge, Minnesota in conjunction with the Borderline Rabbit Club's all-breed shows on October 1st. The Mini Rex specialty shows will begin after the conclusion of the all-breed shows. Enter by the end of the day on September 29th via Easy2Show and pay at the event. I hope to see you there!

The Florida Whites have moved out, and the Polish are in. Chris Swartout and I showed our first Polish last weekend, and this little doe went BOB in the first show. They’re fun little rabbits.

I don’t often keep multiple bucks from the same litter, but these three will be sticking around for awhile. They’re all young and bringing in their junior coats, but they’re on track to be pretty darn nice. Once again, Ringer’s Fire Cracker makes some beauties.

We’ve had a busy spring of showing with the most recent show being the East River RBA spring show in Parker, South Dakota. Ringer’s Pinecone, a young castor senior doe, went Best of Breed in the first show while Shazam, our broken doe, was Breed in the second show. Ringer’s Trigger, a 5 month old broken buck, was Best Opposite in both shows. That makes 9 Best Opposite wins for this young rabbit.

The brokens have had a good week. Ringer’s Shazam, my broken doe, has picked up three more Best of Breed wins, while Ringer’s Trigger, a young broken otter buck, has earned 4 Best Opposites.

This broken junior doe hasn’t been out of the barn yet, but she will hit the tables once she finishes her molt. This pretty lady is out of a white buck and a broken blue otter doe. She’ll be sticking around.

This black doe was never finished for winter or spring shows, so she never made it onto the tables, but she should make a dynamite brood doe. She is short and deep with a TON of fur.

A few of our broken does have been on winning streak over the last few weeks. GC Ringer's Shazam, the broken otter doe, earned two Best in Show wins while Ringer's Panda, a broken black, earned another Best of Breed award. We won't be at Nationals, so this is their time to shine.

Ringer’s Panda is a broken black doe that is finally coming into her own. Panda was Best of Breed this weekend, and has been BOG several other times. Her fur is awesome.

These young does have yet to see a show table, but they're in the process of finishing their coats, so they may make an appearance later this month.

Ringer’s Baron is a young senior buck that has really bloomed this month. He has one BOS win under his belt with hopefully more to come.

Ringer's Mini Rex had a great 2021. We ended the 2021 NMRRC sweepstakes year in 1st place for castor and 4th place for overall quality points. Our small herd has performed well, and we look forward to seeing what the rest of 2022 holds.

Our Mini Rex have had a strong start for the 2022 show year. So far we have earned:
*1 Best in Show win
*4 Reserve in Show wins
*7 Best of Breed wins
*7 Best Opposite wins
We are excited to see what the rest of the year holds!
