Egg collecting yesterday, three frozen solid from the Bielefelder’s and one toasty warm one from the Black Jersey Giants, I’m glad at least one of the girls is showing signs of being broody

Yesterday was another day for first here, the Black Jersey Giants have joined the Bielefelder’s and started laying.
So excited to be able to offer chicks from both flocks this coming spring

This silly little flock of Bielefelder’s still seem to think it’s a good time to be laying.
We adore how pretty this flock is, can’t wait for hatching to come around.
