Proper cinch placement. Super important!! You wouldn’t play soccer with cleats that were too big, or play hockey with pads that were too small would you? 🔥 Cinch buckles should be sitting at about the same spot on both sides of the horse. 🔥 Look under your horses belly - the dee rings should be in the center of the belly. If we want our horse to perform like an athlete and work with us willingly, it’s our responsibility to make sure that what we put on them fits properly and is the right tool for the job we are asking them to do. Does your current cinch fit properly? If you’re unsure send me pictures of your cinch from both sides of your horse and I’ll let you know if it looks like a good fit. #mohaircinch #mohair #blondiecinches #canadianmakers #makerofgood #westernart #functionalart #westernlife #canadianag
3 things to remember when tying a rope halter : 1. Make sure you always tie to the little loop you put the tail piece through 2. The tail piece should always point back and away from the horses eye 3. Make sure the halter is not sitting too low on the horses nose. 🌟BONUS POINTS🌟 Tuck the tail down behind the jaw piece on the halter. Thanks for watching ❤️
