All dogs are fully health tested with results made public on the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) website.

CH Soleil de Minuit d'Appian Way ROM-X, who will be 9 years old in December, got a clear eye exam and echocardiogram today! The ophthalmologist and the two cardiologists who did the testing were very impressed with the results - no sign of cataracts and not a whisper of a murmur - especially given her age.

Results will be posted on the OFA website, as usual.

Soleil is dam to SIX AKC champions now with at least one more young dog, Valke, waiting her turn in the ring.

We are grateful to the breeders of Soleil and her siblings, Christine Sapa (co-owner of Soleil with me) and Joni McKeown, for carefully selecting the match with an eye to health, temperament, and conformation. Those of us who have Soleil kids and grandkids are thankful!
