MARLEY UPDATE: Marley is a beautiful 7 1/2 year old girl that has been in rescue for a few months recuperating and having a few surgeries to help her get back on her feet. She had a complicated desexing due to an untreated infection in her uterus and some lumps and bumps removed. Her skin is a battle and needs a lot of work, but her amazing foster parents are working hard on this and it's slowly getting better. She was very timid and scared when she arrived, but as you can see she is finding her confidence and especially loves her foster brother Mini Bull Eddie. It just shows love fixes everything, thankyou so much to Tanya, Damo and their boys for their expert care and unlimited love, you are doing wonders. If you can spare a few dollars for her care, Miss Marley would be incredibly grateful 🙏 ❤️

Please welcome Miss Ziggy - This little mini heartthrob - is a sweetie
At 2 years - Miss Ziggy has found her way to rescue - Her current household is not suitable for her - she is developing some undesirable behaviors, which unfortunately her family are not in a position to deal with.
She is a friendly girl, who loves her humans, has lived with older children, and has been a companion dog with a child with disabilities....
Sadly that never worked as she was brought a second dog, and has never fitted in with her
This has caused some behavior issues, such as resource guarding her food, and some seperation anxiety. A trainer will be provided if needed

Ziggy has only ever lived as an inside dog, she is crate trained and house trained
Loves her toys and has no issues with them
Great on a lead with good basic manners, her recall sucks , and needs work

Miss Ziggy would love a home with older children, a family who has someone one home most of the time, and no other pets -
She is a loving beautiful little girl who just wants humans to adore.

At 8 years old Miss Shaydee's family are leaving for a 12 month holiday, and sadly cannot take her with them.
This little miss is special, and will need specific basic care - due to be fence aggression
She will need full color bond high fence - a color bond or block out fence between front and back yards
** No other pets
** Older Children only
** Needs to be a stay at home dog
** Not a fan of motorbikes or some cars
Has only ever lived as an outside dog
But loves to come inside for some cuddles on the couch, and a treat of course
A smart girl who is good at basic commands, and is house trained

VALE TUFFY - 09/09/2012 – 06/09/2024
Its with heartfelt sadness that I write that rescue has lost one of their precious Golden Oldies
The one and only Mr Tuffy 🐾💔
After a very short sudden illness Mr Tuffy had a vet visit on Thursday, Mr Tuffy’s test results brought us the devastating news we never wanted to hear.
His diagnosis Splenic Hemangiosarcoma – A highly aggressive and invasive tumor that covered his spleen – The sarcoma had also spread to make 4 other tumor's that had attached to other major organs. Sadly surgery wasn’t an option as his dear old body had already started to shut down.
He passed peacefully in the arms of his foster family Carrie and Carlo
Tuffy had a very rough start to life, but thank you to Helen he found he way to rescue and happiness
Tuffy was supported and loved by many within rescue Leanne Tina and Jaxon, Tanya Damian and Liz who opened the home and heart showering him with love, warmth and happiness
A very special thank you to everyone one that supports rescue, and our Golden Oldies giving us the opportunity to provide them with the best possible care, to make the last years of their life, the best years of their life 🐾❤
A message from Tuffys family Carrie and Carlo
One day I get a message do you want a Golden Oldie... his name is Tuffy...I do some research and find out that tuff is the bees knees of bully's...of course i say yes thinking I'll have a best friend only to find out that tuff himself prefers men.. we had him for only a few months but in those few months master Tuffy taught us some lessons and was the biggest blessing we've ever had...it has been a privilege and an honor to be able to love this cantankerous old Boy.
To say we are devastated is nothing compared to how we feel. He was an Amazing dog who had ample amounts of love to give and for that we are eternally grateful...rest in peace my sweet Tuffy bear 💙

Such a handsome young fella
He is 2 yrs old, and a happy beautiful boy
His owner is relocating overseas, so he needs a new human family
Dexter is very fussy with what furfriends he chooses -
Would be better suited to an only dog home
NO Cats
He would prefer a family with older children who are active
Dex has good basic manners, and is house trained

JESSIE UPDATE: Jessie's new family have sent an update, looks like she has found here forever paradise - "Well little Jessie has settled into her new, only dog home and has now us under her control!! Appears to be no leg pain, very calm and loving and just a joy to be around. We love her and are very grateful to all you lovely people who have assisted her on this long, painful and expensive journey. Jessie send lots of licks and cuddles to you all. I’ve found my forever home at last. 💕💕"

JESSIE UPDATE: Our little girl has a secret. She is on the next steps of the journey to her forever home. Just over a week ago, her foster parents dropped her to a lovely couple who have been following her story and recently lost their little one. She is going great, has a huge yard to play in, a fire to sleep next to, and a new mum and dad to adore her. We all have our fingers and tails crossed that she becomes a permanent member of this family as we think it's the pawfect place for this special little one. Some photo's below of her new surrounds enjoying life to it's max!!!!

Jessie update: our beautiful little girl is doing so well. She has been very busy getting better and we seem to be getting her pain issues more settled and controlled. She is really enjoying life and has become a little toy obsessed with all her gifts from Terry King and Carma Rose Kiffin. She loves her foster brother Georg and is warming more to Lola, but she definitely doesn't like any excitement or stress from other dogs, we are just do lucky that Georg is such a gentle saint. Jessie is off to the vets on Thursday for a check up, nail trim and a double check for a nasty little cough she has had for a few days. She and we are forever grateful for everyone's loving support, this little trooper has had 5 major surgeries and her world had been changed by your generosity forever. If you can spare a few dollars for her ongoing support that would be pawsome.

Well what a great week baby sitting our Golden Oldie Miss Shelly -Some much needed Bully Love ❤🐾 We socialised - we played ladies had our nails done - # twinsies we did a road trip, - we met new friends Dukie the sausage dog and Roscoe the Red Cattle - Great people - Great times - Much love shared - Thank you Ashley Tracy for allowing me to care for your furchild - Ashely sorry not sorry about the nails 😂 Just Sayin 🙂

Master Diesel is 8yrs old, sadly his owner has passed away, and no family members are able to take him
He loves all his human big and small :-)
No Cats and chooks. He is dog friendly and has lived with a older female - so he would love a girl friend who is calm and gentle like him
He has been socialised and loves going for walks, needs some lead work tho- otherwise he is great with basic manners
He is an inside dog, house trained - has had his own bed
Car rides, he loves to ride shotgun checking out the scenery out the window

FOSTER CARER NEEDED FOR SAMMY - 2 YEAR OLD MALE
Sammy is a delightful fellow -
He currently lives with an older female, so he would enjoy the company of an older placid girl - Also happy to live as a single dog.
Very quiet and calm inside, loves the couch, and loves to follow you every where, especially to be the kitchen vacuum if you drop a crumb 😉 House trained
Work issues have prevented his family from keeping him - He has previously lived with older kids - Not Tested with cats or young children

JESSIE UPDATE: Our little girl is going great guns. She has been getting more and more confident and is really enjoying life. Her foster house has been busy with lots of dogs coming and going, but she is taking it all in her stride. jessie is still struggling a little with some pain issues, but considering the amount of surgeries she has had she is going good. She will be looking for her forever home soon where she can be the only dog and soak up all the love she deserves. Jessie thanks everyone for their ongoing love and support, she is eternally grateful 💗💗💗

JESSIE UPDATE: Our little girl had been quiet for a few weeks, she was on a mission. Jessie went on trial for a week with a lovely family and another mini bull. She did great and loved the family, but sadly their original bully didn't cope with Jessie, so she is back with the Lemon's until we find the perfect family for her. We are thinking she will need to be an only dog as she is still recovering and needs here own space to readjust fully. She didn't skip a beat though and really enjoyed her adventure and car rides, she is such a robust little lady. Jessie came home to a busy house, we have 4 bullies this weekend as we are dog sitting Boston, an Adopt A Bully Rescue Inc boy form a few years back, it's a full house but everyone is behaving so well and lots of cuddles are happening. Jessie is a testimony to the love and support of this group, she has come so far with everyone's support and encouragement.

Charlie, is a beautiful boy, who at double figures is 10 yrs young
Sadly his family have no time for him, breaks my heart, dear old fella

Charlie loves all people, big small and in between
Needs work on his basic manners
Charlie does have medical issues, Ears, skin, possible skin cancers being a Golden Oldie, Rescue does pay for all ongoing costs

JESSIE UPDATE: Well this little fighter just keeps battling. Yesterday she went in for her X-rays to assess her leg surgery and to get a small lump removed from her mammary glands while she was under. Her X-rays showed good progress, but her bones still have a way to go to fully bond back together. Considering this she is going amazing and has no obvious issues with her mobility. Lump removal went well and no issues are expected from this 🤞. Other then that she just keeps improving. She is spending more time with Georg and Lola and is learning to trust the big world she is discovering. Thankyou so much for all the support, we are rattling the tin again as vet fee's are expected to hit today for her latest treatment. Oh and as you can see, the ball/toy obsession is developing well, one of her favourite discoveries. ❤️
