It's been a very busy few weeks for all retailers, including us! We'd like to sincerely thank our Support Team who have been so busy over the past few weeks and have also had to put up with some very rude customers. They say "The customer is always right".....! Really?

A big thanks to our team for putting up with some unreasonable customers; that's not your role but we are grateful to you for biting your top lip! 😜

1) If parcels go missing with a courier; we cant offer a refund until we know where the parcel is or a claim has been approved by the courier. This is standard e-commerce stuff.

2) Our bands are indeed suitable for greys. Thousands of white haired horses use our bands with amazing results. One owner experienced a reaction to the bands on their horses white legs does not mean our product is unsuitable. "I demand a refund or will go out of my way on social media to expose how unsuitable your product is!" - feels like blackmail, is completely wrong anyway and is also totally unreasonable.

3) If your horse has had arthritic joints for several years; do not expect them to be sound 4 days (!!) after receiving the bands and then demand a full refund. You wont get one. Oh and by the way, sending us a message saying "**** you" is rude and abusive and also wont help you. Then requesting a chargeback with your card provider is fraud.

We have so many lovely customers so we'll focus on supporting them as best as we can instead! ❤️❤️❤️

“Hey my name is Mayson Miller and I am 19 year old barrel racing from BC, Canada. I have been using EQU STREAMZ bands on my horses for a few years now on both my younger horses and my older horses. I am currently using the bands on my older mare Lacey who is around 29. I keep her bands on her 24x7 and all year around to help with her joint stiffness. I have noticed a big difference using them on her as her legs would swell up in the cold weather and with her bands on they helped keep the swelling down and clearly help her move better too. I am also using the bands on my performance barrel horse Otter who is 15 years old. He wears his bands almost 24x7 except when riding. He especially benefits from them on the road to help with any swelling from sanding in the trailer for long hauls and as well in stalls at races. The bands help him to make sure he is feeling his best all year around. I also have an up-and-coming 5 year old Whiskey and he also wears them to help with any swelling and just over all joint health to make sure he is feeling good to start his futurity year! “I have been using the EQU StreamZ bands on my 17h Warmblood Percy for a couple of months now. He is 23yrs old and suffers with his hocks. Percy is a PSG Schoolmaster and I am a grade 4 para rider. I have owned Percy for 12 years so I know him inside out. I have tried many joint supplements over the years with him with varied results but none have given me the results that the bands have!! There is a huge difference if he's not had the bands on often due to removing them to wash them. Now I'm able to order spare sleeves this won't be the case and he can wear them 24/7 even now it's muddy. We're always evolving! You'll notice that our new packaging is now 100% compostable! It might look like plastic, but in fact it's starch based material which degrades within 180-days. It's more expensive than standard packaging, of course, but it's much better for the environment! If only the big supermarkets were forced to only sell products using fully biodegradable packaging!

We'll be moving our entire range over to this new type of material over the next few weeks and months. 💪🌱♻️🚮

Our Support Team are a really friendly group of individuals and highly skilled in supporting StreamZ customers. As a company we are focussed on ensuring our customers remain happy. Over the past few weeks our support team have become disillusioned with how rude a small majority of people seem to be to them. Being courteous is free, our team are human beings who have feelings. Being rude and abusive is not acceptable. “I purchased your horse bands and they created sores on my horses skin; I want a full refund” >> Unfortunately your horse being sensitive to neoprene is entirely out of our control and would not qualify for a refund, our team have tips on how to solve issues with using bands on a horse with sensitive skin. "I put your bands on and within the first 24 hours my horse pulled them off, damaged them and now I can't use them. I demand my money back or i'll contact my credit card company!” >> Unfortunately your horse pulling the bands off has nothing to do with us and as such is not covered under warranty. Claiming you haven't received the product to your card company is fraud and we will be asked to provide evidence. Our team are very unlikely to say they simply cannot help, unless they really can't - they will always offer a solution or tips. Being rude if the outcome is not what you were hoping for is not an excuse. Moving forward, if our team do experience any rude or abusive behaviour then we have instructed them to politely finish the call or chat. We will not condone rudeness and we will not support any customers who are rude to our team. We record all our calls for training purposes. Thank you for taking the time to read this announcement. EQU StreamZ fetlock bands introduce a new technique of magnetic therapy to the equine market – the EQU StreamZ magnetic horse bands. Each EQU StreamZ magnetic horse band contains a continuous strip of Streamz material, creating a 360º low-frequency energy field around the horses leg.

Each pack contains two fetlock bands to be worn by one horse; comfortably wrapped around the cannon or pastern bone on either fore or hind legs and worn for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Designed to fit all breeds from Minis to Shires and suitable for all horses of any age.

360º MAGNETIC HORSE BANDS

Traditional magnets have been used for many years to treat a variety of symptoms; with mixed success and limited clinical support. Disadvantages in using more traditional methods include the inability to leave them on for long periods of time due to the heat created by each pulsating magnet.
