We are looking for ONE person to try out our program before we officially launch! The surgery will be FREE. Please keep in mind the requirements.
1. The pet owner must meet Best Friends of Pets financial qualifications.
2. The pet owner must have a Moore address.
3. The dog or cat undergoing the surgery must be at or below 60 pounds.
