Keep reading for a happy ending 🥹🥹🥹

04.17.23 Alex and I were told by Harley's vet that her broken leg was caused by osteosarcoma (aggressive bone cancer) and that we needed to mentally prepare ourselves to have about 6-8 weeks left with her.

Fast forward 6 weeks later, Harley is still showing signs that she is healing, and started to use her leg more.

Obviously, Alex and I called for a 2nd opinion and we got confirmation today that her broken leg WAS NOT caused my bone cancer, and that she was misdiagnosed with osteosarcoma. SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CANCER AT ALL! The break was confirmed to be a injury with symptoms that lined up perfectly with early stages of osteosarcoma. While we are frustrated that we went through all of this, we understand why the vets made the calls they did and we are just happy she is okay.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to help us navigate the process and prayed for our sweet baby Harley. 💕
