Dear Aunt Jeni’s Customers:
Over the decades of my working life, I have had many different types of jobs. By far the most rewarding of these has been creating, building, nurturing and sustaining Aunt Jeni’s Home Made. I have been part of the raw pet food industry from its inception and observed its evolution into widespread acceptance by today’s veterinarians and pet guardians.
For more than 25 years, my crew and I have worked tirelessly to produce and deliver the healthiest and safest pet food possible. I
am proud to say we have maintained our commitment to quality and done our best to hold down the prices of our products despite supply chain issues, inflation, and various other challenges. And we have never had a single recall. It has been a pleasure expanding our Aunt Jeni family over the years, celebrating each new arrival and grieving alongside you when a beloved pet is lost.
As the saying goes, all good things eventually come to an end. It is with sadness that I am announcing Aunt Jeni is retiring, and the
company is closing. There are limited quantities remaining of our products, and we will continue shipping out orders until the inventory is depleted. We apologize in advance and appreciate your understanding if your favorite items are no longer available.
“Promoting health and longevity for your pets ... naturally!” (a motto coined by my mom) has been the core of my company’s mission from the beginning. While it is still true that there is no other brand exactly like ours, I would suggest you consider the following
brands if you are looking for an alternative pet food: Hare Today, Darwins, or Answers.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for believing in and supporting Aunt Jeni’s over the years. It has been my very great privilege getting to know you and your pets, and playing a small role in their care. The experience of being Aunt Jeni has changed my life in countless ways. I will carry the friendships earned and lessons learned throughout this journey and treasure them always.
