middle layer - cotton/wool/bamboo wadding depending on supply (used in quilts)
bottom layer - polar fleece
Velcro adjustable collar and Velcro/elastic belly adjustable strap
Measurements needed:
1 - bottom of collar where it sits on the back of the neck to top of tail
2 - around the neck where the collar sits
3 - around the body
half way down the body where the ribs finish and belly starts
4 - if your dog is slender around the body behind the front legs
