Oooof. Ear plucking is necessary for those who have hair growing all down the ear canal to avoid infections. I carefully and slowly pull this hair and then clean afterwards. This may cause some head shaking, but that’s much better than a full fledged ear infection. If infection is present I will refer you to your vet and NOT pluck any hair.
