About Me!
Hello Everyone!
My goal is to educate people on the many topics that come up in day-to-day living with a dog or cat, including: basic training, how to puppy-proof your home, basic nutrition, weight management, environmental enrichment, general at-home care (nail trims, etc.), making vet visits less stressful, behaviour modifications and how to read your pet’s body language.
I am very excited to say in 2018 I became certified with Family Paws Parent Education! There are two programs, Dogs and Storks, and Dogs and Toddlers. Both help teach safety and management techniques for families with babies and/or toddlers living with dogs.
I want to make you feel confident about what your feline or canine friend might be telling you in a wide variety of situations. I want you to feel empowered and be even more knowledgeable than you currently are about your pets. I want you and your family to have the best relationship possible with your furry community members, whether they are a part of your household or just in the neighbourhood!
