NO SHOW POLICY
Due to the overwhelming last minute cancellations and no calls, no shows, SnipIts will now require all clients have a valid credit card on file. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date, your first cancellation less than 24 hours, you will be charged half of your grooming price; second late cancellation you will be charged the full grooming price. Our groomers work on commission and if you do not cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment, it is often too late to schedule another client and that groomer loses that pay for your appointment. We will begin to send reminder texts 2 days ahead rather than the night before to help assist if you do need to cancel or reschedule. We will be asking for your credit card info and store it safely for you.

It has become an industry epidemic of canceling appointments with less than 24 hours notice. We are going to have to start asking for a deposit for a rebooking if you cancel in less than 24 hours; we understand emergencies happen and we will take that in account. Please be respectful to the groomers and give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Thank you.
