It's that time of the year when people love to set goals. Always remember not to look too far ahead. The best goals are set with a plan on how to achieve them. Avoid saying you want to improve your scores. Instead, make a goal something that will lead to improvement, such as better fronts. You can then keep track of how your fronts have improved in practice and in the ring. When fronts improve, those minus 1/2 points disappear. Have fun with goals. And always make sure your goal is something you have control over!
