Believe it or not Tank is not good at letting me massage him, so I sneaky massage him throughout the day when it’s needed if he won’t lay or sit still. Yesterday morning he woke up quite off kilter and took great care walking down our stairs so I worked on his left rib, right hip, neck and shoulders throughout the day and night, he actually laid on me at bedtime instead of his corner of the bed last night to get more work before he let me go to sleep. (perks of living with your therapist haha)

The left pictures are yesterday, right are this morning after a good night sleep.

Massage is good for so many things, recovery from playing hard and sleeping wrong is just one.
