❤️NIFTY 50❤️
Introducing you to one out of the 50 dogs that were rescued from Mexicali, Mexico.
This is a really sad story that involves 50 dogs that were part of a hoarding situation in Mexico.
We got information about a lady who was going through a really hard financial time and has accrued 50 dogs on her property. None of the dogs were vaccinated or fixed. As soon as we learned about this situation, we stepped into action and got them all medically cleared by our vet in Mexico.
We are trying our hardest to pull most of the dogs out of the situation that are adoptable and give them a second chance at life.
Hoarding cases are difficult in the sense that a lot of dogs are not given the attention that they deserve, and that makes them very co-dependent on the person that has had them for a while.
Thankfully, a lot of the dogs in this situation are young and friendly enough to be adopted out. Those who are not friendly will remain in that location as guard dogs, and we will promise to assist this person with providing dog food on a weekly basis so the dogs get proper nutrition and live with her as her protectors.
If you wish to Foster and or Adopt, please apply to help us out so we can get them out of that horrible situation.
If you wish to donate food or make a donation to help us with any accrued medical cost, then you can do so via Venmo (@calexicoborderpaws), Zelle or PayPal ([email protected])
Thank you and please share their story.
