As I was going through pictures for our next upcoming litters, I couldn’t help but notice Nora. In every picture she has her leg bent. 😂 No, nothing is wrong. Her elbows were rated good by OFA. She must just find it comfortable. 🤷🏻‍♀️

🐶🐶🐶 ATTENTION WAITLIST 📝📝📝
We have been tossing some ideas around wether or not to make changes to the requirements to be on our waiting list. We only do waitlists for the next upcoming litter. Waiting a year or two for a puppy is impossible for a family to know if that will be a good time for a new puppy. As much as we would like to have control over life events, we can’t and things happen.
We hope that when someone asks to be on our waitlist, they have completely thought it through and decided they are ready for the commitment. Also, just as important, they are willing to wait through the pregnancy and wait at least 8 more weeks until we feel puppies are ready to go home. Some people will get on ten different waiting lists and go with whover has available pups first. That’s not fair to those pups that thought they had a home but then don’t get to leave when the others do.
We are now filling spots for this fall. Please do not ask to be on our waitlist if you are having any hesistation. We will try to continue doing things the way we have in past years. Although if this doesn’t seem to be working anymore for our breeding program, a deposit will be required to be placed on our waiting list.

🚨🫣 I know some may disagree with me on this one.🚨

If you do give your dog flea and tick pills or topical, use it only when necessary during flea and tick season. No matter what way you look at it, it is a pesticide you are administering. We use wondercide and have liked it but definitely requires more maintenance.

I tell everyone to play with those piggies. 🐾 When they are sitting on your lap, rub their feet and in between their toes so they get use to having their paws touched and won’t mind nail trims. Hip and elbow dysplasia can be just as much environmental as it can be genetic.

🐾🐶Now that all our pups have gone to their forever homes, I will be posting a few informational posts. 📝🖇️

Although first, I have to say how overwhelming blessed we feel. 🥹 We met amazingly wonderful people that are giving our pups their best life. ❤️We also saw familiar faces from our previous Wolf Creek families. The chats, the kind words, thoughts and prayers for our family, left us speechless. We pray that each pup blesses every family the way we have been blessed with all of you! ❤️
