If cats went your thing what about Guinea pigs, rabbits or any other small fury (or any pet). Do you have small pets and are looking for someone to come and feed and look after them while you are away this summer? If so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. The time I spend checking in on your pet or pets in terms of duration and frequency is completely customisable to you and your pet I always want to do what is best for the animals whilst making the owners happy too. I also love sending daily updates and pictures to you owners whilst you are away on your holidays! 🐾💜

Today Milo came for a groom. Milo has the usual bath, blow dry, deshedding and trim up. This time I gave Milo a much shorter tidy up and took quite a bit of the bulk off his chest and on his fetchers just to help him stay as cool as possible this summer. 💜🐾

I had such a lovely walk with Mr Milo on Saturday. He is the best boy and is just so goofy and lovable. How could you not just want to squeeze him. 💜🐾

Little Alfie had his usual groom yesterday. Alfie always has a short and practical but cute hair cut and I think it suits him perfectly. 💜🐾

Millie had her regular groom the other day. We went a little shorter on her body this time just to keep her cool in this heat. We are still working on Millie being more okay with her legs being clipped or scissor as she is not a fan of that but she is doing great! 🐾💜

Narla is shower you all her best smile. My regular Narla had her usual groom last week and was such a good girl. Narla is so much more confident than when she had her first groom with me and you can see the progress she has made every time. 🐾💜

Last month I got to groom this stunning boy. This is Keiko the 6 month old (at the time) chow. Chow are often known to be a bit on the spicy side especially for grooming but Keiko was the absolute best boys. He slept though most of the groom and even feel asleep in the bath. 🐾💜

Before the end of term at college I had the pleasure of grooming this gorgeous boy Lucifer the one of my tutors miniature poodle. Lucifer is still a puppy so we are still working out what cut suits him well. He still has some adult coat to grow in till he gets put in more of a show trim. In the end he will probably be in a mix of a German cut and a continental trim so this is the start of that journey. 🐾💜

A reminder to everyone that it is far to hot to be walking our dogs, playing for a long time, being in the car and much more. I am seeing so many people still walking there dogs and that’s not okay in the weather. No dog ever died from missing a walk or two but dogs have died from being walked in weather like this. I have seen lots of people on line saying this is scare mongering but it really it’s it’s there are dogs that have died from heat stock when they have got to hot. If you need ideas for how to look after your dogs in the weather read the caption to the post I’m sharing. 🐾💜

Just a little reminder to all pet owners out there please don’t walk your dogs during the day it’s way too hot for them. They should be going out early in the morning and late at night not during the day.

Don’t leave your pets in the sun or in a car. Make shore they have plenty of shade and down time including water. You could set up some inritchmet activities to entertain them if they are struggling with less exercise. (If you’re struggling with ideas feel free to message me for ideas!)

Mine enjoy splashing in the pool and playing with water. They also wear their cooling jackets which is a grate investment for any dog let along one that gets hot easily.
