FAKE SNOW IS POISONOUS TO ANIMALS.

please ensure your Christmas decorations are safe for your pets most products with fake snow are poisonous .

Fake snow Chrismas tree can be really dangerous if your pet ingests any.

It's not just the fake snow that is dangerous. The oils in fir trees can be mildly toxic, which will cause an upset tummy if swallowed. The needles from tree can get stuck in your pets mouth, throat and paws

To avoid issues hoover or sweep regularly and don't leave your pet alone with the tree.

You can also look out for Nordmann Fir trees which are known as the ‘no needle drop’ trees and are a safer alternative.

Willow is ready for adoption!! She is a perfect dog. I recommend her for an active family/couple who loves to go to dog parks, hiking, fetch and all kond of activities. She is also a very good cuddler and attentive to our energy so I am sure she also would be a very good therapy dog/service dog but for an active person. She adores kids and she is extremely careful. Call Humane Society to meet her!!

**Edit from doctor who found him : he is more reddish brown and he was found near dalmeny acres on route 400 early this morning . Closest address was 7280 route 400

Good morning , one of our doctors at Osgoode vet found a deceased dog on route 400, Russel. Near Delaney acres . He is a pit bull, approx 1-2 years old. Brown and white ,intact and no microchip. He is wearing a black leather collar with no tags We have pictures for confirmation and we will hold him here for as long as we can until we find his owners.

**** UPDATE **** She is now with OHS. She have a rash that needs to be tested and addressed. Due to the risk of Mange contamination, I could not keep her with me as I have 3 dogs, 2 ferrets and a farm. But they will take care of it and also sterilize her then up for adoption. She already gained the hearts of the staff over there and she definitely be adopted fast. I will take news and do a follow up with them.

Good day all, She is extremely friendly with all animals, ferrets and chikens included. She loyal and will not run away. She loves cuddles and attention. She is about 3 years old and had a litter in the past. She have a rash on her nose and need medical attention asap. It might be allergies so she is now eating fish base food. She hates crates but she is not destructive. She is perfect. I would keep her but I have way too much animals already. Due to her rashes on her nose, I have to bring her to OHS for medical attention. If you are interested to adopt her, call them and they will let you know as soon as she is clear and healthy.
