Harold
Happy Derby Day! 🌹
"Harold" only as he's known, just like Madonna he jokes, has worked in the barn of trainer Buff Bradley for four years, but he's been a part of racing's history for much longer. Based at Churchill Downs, Harold loves his horses but his favorite was Risen Star, a son of Secretariat and a champion in his own right. He allowed Harold to see new places but also gave him the chance to meet new people and for that, he's grateful. That comes as no surprise though. Even during his own interview, Harold acknowledges his peers and says he's "only one part of this thing." As Buff Bradley puts it, "Harold has the best attitude of anyone and I don't think he's ever had a bad day. Each day I see him, he says the same thing - 'It's a beautiful day!'"
Meet Harold, he is horse racing.
