We got our 1st litter of BEW French Lop bred to BEW French Lop litter. That was a mouthful 😂😂. She had a litter of 5. They should all be BEWs. It’s been a long year of no babies being born. Idk if it was the bucks or the does on strike. We had a litter about a month ago between BEW buck and tort. We have a litter of 4. They are adorable and are growing well. Two of them are broken patterns, 1 REW, and 1 black. The broken means that the BEW carries the broken gene. We changed feed and the barn is hopping again.

My heart is heavy tonight. This sweet girl that is the basis for my rabbitry is no longer here. She was an amazing rabbit too. She graced us many years with her antics & she will be missed greatly. Enjoy these pics of her & don’t get jealous of that dew lap ladies 🥰🥰

Came home from being out of state to another litter of French Lops born. 6 healthy ones. They are all broken. I swear last year, I couldn’t get a litter & this year, they are popping them out. Hopefully I will have kits to show this year. In the next couple of days, I’ll get videos of the little critters 😂😂

Look at this oldest litter of babies. I’m not the photographer doing this. I take awful pictures. This is a BEW French Lop doe. This whole litter is staying here with me. 3 BEW does, 1 chestnut agouti doe & a REW buck.

Had another litter of French Lops last night. I was checking them over & saw that most of them were White ear bunnies. I was asking hubby who did we breed her to. It was my WE Buck. I needed to get her bred before she got too old without having any kits. That will produce WE babies. I’m upset with myself though. I am leaving out of state so Momma is on her own. I have people checking /feeding twice/day.

With the weather cooling down, my crew is deciding to play nice & give me a couple of litters. This litter here was born latter part of the week. Also had a litter born today. Waiting on a couple more to deliver if they got caught!! Now the fun part to watch them grow
