This lemon cocker decided a big group of dogs was a bit too scary for her this morning. So we took it at her pace and introduced her one at a time, and chose a dog that wasn’t that bothered or in her face to start with so she could choose when she wanted to interact and IF she wanted to interact. It didn’t take long for them to be racing round together. Because we offer daycare in a kennel setting, it doesn’t matter to us whether your dog enjoys spending time with other dogs, or if they prefer their own space. We will care for your dog during the day either way ❤️ 🐾
Many of you will know that i’m a huge fan of agility. I love dogs working & their willingness to work & the enrichment if provides them, using their natural instincts and talents, the ability it gives to improve the bond with our dogs, the fact it promotes fitness in dogs and their handlers (though agility can be done by any age of handler and with many ranges of handler mobility - that just involves training the dog to work distantly) and the many other life skills we as handlers can get from the sport (confidence building, navigation, organising, planning, memory training,
time management etc etc). So this year we jumped at the chance to sponsor local junior handler Judith Graham who will be representing Team GB at the European Open Championships later this year. Here she is with her dog Asher running at a local show - Lune. Asher and Judith reached grade 5 at the show after achieving 7 wins!! Lune is a big show attracting top handlers from all over the country and with big classes. She also qualified for Crufts with Future. Well done and good luck Judith!

Busy weekend for our Tu Tu 🚂
Chauffeur for madam today ❤️
For those asking about Ebs’ agility progress. We are training her running contacts for the dog walk and a frame, which take longer to train than stop contacts, so just trying to build her ring confidence at the moment using jumps and tunnels in nice lines.
