Guillermo has been doing soooo much better in the conformation ring! (If you remember the horrible experience he had in May at a show where he got loose and ran into a busy highway, dodging several semi trucks etc) he won his class the 2 days we were at the evergreen show (bred by class) (I am in the purple) he is getting better!

Esme and Wednesday competed in brace today! With competion of another lovely brace team! We got Best in show brace!!
HUGE congratulations to Maisy and flare (flare is gwen and Guillermos sister, light blue collar girl) as they went to PCA and did rally! Flare Qualified in novice! Eeee!!! <3 Maisy also took her other poodle and they did the grooming competition and rally to and did very well in rally! Lots of rosettes! <3 GOOD JOB GUYS!!! 👏👏👏👏 flare is: Arteagas nothing short of sterling.

Wednesday will be doing her first scent work Trial end of this month! I only entered her one day (novice containers) might as well have fun before her show ring debut in April!

I decided to hide our birch today in my grooming area. Wednesday has never looked for it in here. Shes obviously been in here many times as this is where they get groomed lol but she's actually taking to this! This is a dog that picks up on things fast!. She sure showed me at the end when she slapped it out 🤣 lots more training to do but im very happy she's picking this up!
How smart are these guys? This smart. I knew from the moment I met their dad, ace, these guys were going to be super smart.....for the past several days, gwen has been getting out of her kennel. The first couple of times I thought I must of not latched it as I was rushing out the door. Came home and found gwen running around in the dog room. But after several more days of the same thing, I knew she was opening up the latch some how. So I stuck my phone in there and sure enough.......she can open the latch to her kennel! I put a collar around her gate so it doesn't open but still!!! Her poor brother is probably like "how did you do that!?" As he's not as clever as her lol. I swear its always the trouble making one's! Watch carefully.....
I often get asked if my puppies/dogs are raised around cats (its actually a very common question i get asked alot) and they absolutely are! Pumpkin our orange cat, is very hands on with all the dogs plus the puppies! She absolutely looooves to play with everyone. Here she had ran into my grooming room, hopped up in the table with esme and purred/played away ❤
Baby steps in training Wednesday for nose work! Started off with something easy and basic (tin can with birch was in one of the cups, I switched the cup around a few times, out of her sight)
