Our Dams are Molly ( golden doodle), Lady (English crème retriever, and Val (Labrador retriever. Sires are Henry (golden doodle, and Tom Brady (Moyen Poodle)
All of our dogs live in our home and are regularly socialized with our kids and the neighborhood kids so we know our dogs very well and can insure we're breeding loving family dogs. Please note that Golden doodles are a very smart breed and
left to their own devices can become very mischievous (especially as puppies)! With proper training they make great family and even hunting dogs. Mixing poodle with retrievers and Labradors creates an extremely low allergen and low shedding dog. There's not a 100% guarantee with dog color, how low allergen or low shedding as nothing is ever 100% guaranteed. However, I can attest to being asthmatic, easily irritated by allergens and I am comfortable with both of my doodles indoors. The least allergenic Golden Doodle you can have is called an F1B, in which a poodle is mated with a first generation Golden Doodle making it 75% poodle. Most long term pure bred breeders tend to despise the "Doodle" craze. They tend to be very opinionated on this topic, however we have found through experience and research combined that mixing them helps to create a much healthier dog. Cross breeding helps to alleviate the possibility of hip dysplasia often found in golden retrievers, many cancers found in both breeds, and eye problems. I'm not promising you golden doodles are incapable of getting diseases or illness, but the chances are significantly reduced. We have owned several pure-bred dogs of different breeds from cocker spaniels, German shepherds, to Mastiffs. Our vet bills have remained the lowest with our Doodles. Doodles are an easy breed to fall in love with!
