We prides ourselves on being a bit different than your typical tropical fish business. 90% of all of our fish and other products are hand collected by me, Jason Fox and my team of divers. Our marine life goes from the ocean, to our holding tanks, and finally directly to your door. Our medicated systems are treated with Copper and Nitrofuracin to help prevent bacterial infections.

NOTICE:
UPS is currently experiencing significant shipping delays due to severe winter weather. While certain regions have been marked as "impacted areas," it appears that delays are affecting almost all locations.
To avoid further issues, we’ve decided to hold off on additional shipments for now. We expect to resume shipping next week.

Dear valued customers,
We planned to resume shipping today, Monday, January 6th. However, severe winter weather conditions have developed, which may impact the shipping process. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that overnight shipments will not be delayed as a result of these conditions.
Due to this, we have decided to hold off on shipping at this time.
We will reassess the situation on Tuesday and will provide further updates as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and are hopeful that shipping will resume within the next few days.

Our Story
We’re Foxy Saltwater Tropical Fish, and we’re a proud family business, which prides itself on being a bit different than your typical tropical fish business. 90% of all of our fish and other products are all collected by me, Jason Fox and our new team member, Codey Fears . Our marine life go from the ocean, to our holding tanks, directly to your door. Our medicated systems which consist of Coppersafe, and Nitrofurazone for bacterial infections keep our marine life safe in between traveling.
When We Ship
Shipping is usually done on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.
In some cases you can request it to be shipped on a Thursday and I will try to accommodate.
In an effort to reduce the amount of time that livestock is packed we try to drop off the item at the latest possible time. It is strongly encouraged someone to be available at the time of delivery to keep the item from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperature.
Foxy Saltwater Tropicals will not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to avoid packages being held up in a warehouse over the weekend.
Foxy Saltwater Tropical Fish uses UPS. To minimize stress all livestock is shipped UPS Overnight.
