I needed tack to fit my hard-to-fit horse, and as a performer, I needed tack that would stand out. I couldn't find what I wanted, so I began making my own tack. I soon realized that many other riders faced the same problems, and my business, Age of Equus, began. I am lucky to be able to combine all of my favorite things in Age of Equus- my love for horses, history, literature, and art, and using my own two hands to create beautiful items that people enjoy using.
