Clarke was adopted as a 10 week old kitten. He was returned yesterday after developing stress cystitis. He did well with his housemate(cat) but the “new” puppy he did not. So after 6 years in a home he was surrendered back. Clarke is a gorgeous 12 pound dark gray Smokey boy desperately seeking a forever home.(please no nasty comments, it will just infuriate me further🤦🏼♀️)

We have several weaned bottle babies that need to move on to other fosters. These are vaccinated and healthy kittens that need a crash pad until alter. We’ve been called on so much for neonates. But now that they are weaned space is becoming an issue. Most are preadopted and alter appointments made. If you are SERIOUSLY interested reach out. We will not seperate siblings, so no “ I’ll take one” kittens NEED their siblings.

Things to remember when adopting a kitten:
1. Their personality has NOT fully developed.
2. 2 kittens are always better then 1. Boredom is real and kittens need LOTS of stimulation to help prevent destructive behaviors.
3. Kittens require training.
YOU must provide appropriate scratching material, clean litter boxes. STOP bad behaviors before they start.
*if you dont want em counter surfing...it's up to YOU to deter and redirect behaviors.*
4. THINK before you adopt.
What does life look like raising a kitten?
Are we ready for a LIFE TIME COMMITMENT? Cats can live up to 20 years!...and they don't leave the house for college...you will be responsible for them through every stage of life - cute kittens, moody juveniles, the "golden years", and as senior citizens, possibly even through hospice care.
NO, the kids arent going to scoop the litter.
YES, they do require vaccines, multiple vet visits as kittens (just like puppies), yearly vet care, and sick visits when they are under the weather.
WE WANT YOU TO ADOPT, BUT WE WANT YOU TO ADOPT RESPONSIBLY. Rehoming adult cats that come back into rescue takes much longer and is much more difficult than adopting out little kittens.
Cats can be the most loving, loyal companions for life - but they also need your care and attention for their entire life as well!

We were going to avoid social media when it comes to our 2 special rescues/special circumstances. But all private avenues have not lead to adoption of our two rag dolls. They came to us after a breeder(no nasty comments please) had a life change. Chili is a blue point rag doll that was purchased from Poland to be a stud. At 2.5 years old he has just been neutered, will be professionally groomed. Because she was a breeder stud we are working on marking and appropriate potty habits. His neuter is finally “kicking” in and hormones are subsiding. We want the very best homes with knowledgeable rag doll owners. Please do not flood us with requests, read post in entirety. They have some quirks that need to be worked on. They were caged, have urine scald on their feet that is healing well. They both love other kitties and are quite playful. We will post Orion the flame point on another post.
Miracle “making friends” or maybe not???
Meet our boy OATMEAL!!! We still don’t know much about his personality, but he’s very affectionate. Today he’s getting ready for foster care, which means we have to get those BALLIE WALLIES removed. Oatmeal could really use a foster. If interested, reach out to us.
Guess who’s ready for adoption??? Miracle the Christmas kitty. Miracle lived much of her life in a colony, with a dedicated caretaker. Always super human friendly! When the caretaker noticed something was wrong. Miracle was rushed to our vet Dr. Pollett who did an emergency amputation to save her life. She had been shot🤦🏼♀️. Miracle is 6-8 years old best guess. She’s so very sweet and an affection hog. She would do best in a quiet home. Retirees would be great!!!
Ms. Miracle will be making her first appearance at petsmart today. Stop by and wish our girl well!! She will be accepting applications, but will not be ready for home for a couple of weeks.
