When someone tells you “this dog is a biter” but then turns out to be the sweetest, cuddliest, happiest dog ever, it’s a total win in the grooming world.

Making sure the Pup’s are comfortable is my top priority. Dogs need to trust that I won’t hurt them. Just like with people, vibes don’t lie. Dogs are incredible animals, if they are nervous…it’s due to a past experience where someone in your position made them fearful.

Not all groomers are the same. I’ve been in some places that seemed spotless from the outside, but DON’T put pup-wellness first.

As a Pup-Parent, you need to:

🐾 ask questions
🐾 get a tour of the facility
🐾 full transparency policy

If you can’t go in, don’t take your dog there. End of story, no exceptions.
