Right now, the biggest obstacle I have for walking my client's dog is the Stray Cat, yes a stray, that follows us, winds around my feet, and plops down in front of me.

I have a friend, Clyde Edward Haddox, that needs to find a home for a female Blue Heeler mix. Someone dumped her in his neighborhood and he has been caring for her. He already has three dogs and can't support a 4th though she gets along well with the rest of his furry family. She is not spayed, but he had her shots updated in March. He has named her Pepper. She's really sweet. Please contact him if you are interested.

The family I'm petsitting for right now has a new kitty. They already have three other cats. So how are they getting along? What do you think from these adorable pictures?

Big family last weekend but lots of fun. One kitty, Pixel, is missing, she's camera shy. Pictured below are Jyn (blonde doodle), Hope (black doodle), Sidious (full-sized black poodle) and Thunder (full size schnauzer) with kitty, Yoda.

So I had an easy weekend client-wise. I only had three families whose dogs I was babysitting. The problem was all three families had chocolate and vanilla labs. I kept getting their names mixed up! And here they are.

Taking care of Webster while Mom and Dad were gone was so much fun! The bonus was the deer.

Thought I would share. This is a post from Facebook and not one of our cats, but reminded me of how many we have worked with, loved and found homes for.
Many of our cats and kittens come into the shelter looking a little ragged, but when all healthy and fed well their inner swan shows.
They are all beautiful inside and when healthy their inside match the outside!

Why TFG
A loving alternative to boarding your pet. Your pet stays in their own home environment and The Furry Godmother comes to them to give the personal one-on-one pampering. Speaking of security - we will meet face-to-face before I ever care for your babies. A no-cost-no-obligation meeting will happen before I book any dates. I am the one that will care for them and you can look me in the eye and see my commitment to see your pet(s) safe and as happy as they can be with you away.
As a Professional Petsitter, The Furry Godmother stays up to date with continuing education for pet professionals, leading industry experts and pet conferences. We believe in keeping our clients informed about pet food recalls, safety concerns and providing pet-friendly, “green” and holistic holistic solutions to aid with the furry and feathered family.
I care for many kinds of animals: birds (chickens, ducks, geese, parrots, peacocks) deer, goats, hamsters, horses, lizards, rabbits, snakes, and sugar gliders to name a few. If you don’t see yours - call or message. Oh - and Longhorn steer, lol.
We strive to be, “everything your pet could wish for but you”.
