Hi everyone as a stay at home mum I was looking for a new challenge when my youngest child starts school in September. I was introduced to the Forever products which I loved and quickly saw what a great business opportunity their was to work from home and be my own boss so I have taken the plunge to set up my own business. The products main ingredients are of the "wonder plant" Aloe Vera & Bee Hiv

e, combined with other natural ingredients. As I begin my journey with the Forever products I will be sharing some tips and recommending products ranging from sports & nutrition, health & well being, skin care, personal care, beauty & animal care. All recommendations will be based on my own personal use, or feedback from my own clients that are using the Forever products. Also if anyone is interested in working from home and looking to be their own boss and choose your own hours and have some real fun building your own business with great pay & incentives then please get in touch.

Week 2 of my 12 week plan. Today was all about the back. I really struggled last week after 6 weeks off but I'm I feel more energised this week. My food intake was a bit all over the place last week, but I'm more prepared for this week ahead. I won't start seeing changes until around week 4.

3rd day back in the gym and I'm hurting all over.

Wednesday gym session was all about the legs:-

4sets 12reps

Squats
Deadlifts
Hip thrusts
Donkey kickbacks
Weighted walking up lunges

Followed by a 20min HIIT session

Yesterday was all about the shoulders:-

4sets 12 reps

Standing shoulder press
Front raises
Lateral raises
Bent over row
Shrugs

20min HIIT Session

Today is all about the ABS!!

After 6 weeks of eating and drinking what ever the hell I like and totally going off plan the time has come for me now to get back in the gym and start work on getting super fit and lean over the next few months. I'm going to be following the Chloe Madeley 12 week Body Transformation Guide, I'm going to be posting about my journey and posting some pics so you can see my results along the way. xx

🌟SUMMER COUNTDOWN🌟

Ok so the summer countdown is on, 7 weeks til I go to Spain for the summer so it's time to get super organised with my food and it's time to up my Cardio and Weights. So my training plan will consist of 20min HIIT sessions 4-5 times a week followed by a super set weight session. Bring on the holiday fun. 👙👣💪🏋🏽‍♀️🌞

After 10 days of eating and drinking and enjoying life it's time to get back to work. I've loved having time of my fitness regime and taking time out with the family but I'm ready to get back in the gym BIG time.

Girls always think they will bulk up if they lift weights but that's SO NOT true, you need to build muscle to help burn fat, so come on ladies lift those weights. Starting to see great results from all my hard work over the last few weeks 4lbs lighter and my muscle definition is improving week by week. Small changes can make a huge difference to your results. Keep being consistent and the results will come. ###
