Our Story

My husband and I are the proprietors of Safe Hands and have been in business since 2008. We have always lived in Lincolnshire. Our aim is always to provide excellent care to pets & a friendly, reliable service to you. I was brought up with animals & now we have the pleasure to own & love our own pets. I've worked in many animal & horse based establishment like horse yards, boarding kennels and veterinary clinics gaining knowledge and experience for my own business. I have also been employed in rescue centers & completed many experience days. I've completed my Animal Care & Horse care Diploma level 2. Safe Hands is fully insured, DSB checked and we own a suitable caged vehicle. My biggest hobby since I was 12 is obedience & our dogs really enjoy it, I have also enjoyed horse riding for many years. This company provides house & pet sitting to a wide variety of animals big & small from horses - hamsters. We also offer dog walking & home visits to your pets and dog home boarding. I can also care for horses, exotics, puppies & kittens providing 5* care giving you a peace of mind. Your animals come first & the needs of each pet will be met individually. We can hold keys and they are kept in a safe if we aren’t out using it, we have many testimonials available for you to have a read through. We will always meet your pet(s) and yourself first so we can get to know each other and ask each other any questions then talk about the service required for your pet(s). I can safely administer medication and give injection to your pet if required. We offer a flexible service and will provide bespoke packages for multiple pets or services undertaken.
