Thoroughly enjoyed caring for Ember while her momma was out of town for a couple of days. This happy, energetic girl is a survivor of a fire. She was rescued by firefighters and taken to a local shelter for healing and recovery. Ember was adopted a few weeks ago and is now living her best life! Love her! ❤️

Meet and Greets are one of my favorite aspects to being a cat sitter. I get to meet my new kitty pal(s) and their family for the first time and learn all about their kitty antics and care routines. It’s so much fun! Today, I had the good fortune to meet Aurora Nova and her lovely momma. I am really looking forward to taking care of Aurora Nova - I suspect we’ll become fast friends! ❤️ What a little sweetheart!

What is enrichment? As we all know, cats are amazing, intelligent creatures. In the wild, their day includes the need to rest, explore, chase, pounce, eat, and groom among other things. When we don’t provide them these same opportunities inside our homes, they can get bored…and boredom can lead to a variety of problems or undesirable behaviors. You can help your cat live their best life by offering up enrichment toys or creating daily activities to stimulate their senses and satisfy their natural behaviors. There are many great enrichment products available for purchase these days or creative DIY ideas to try! What enrichment products or ideas have you tried for your cat(s)? Please share!
