Exciting update, you guys! Lady & Todd have officially found their forever home! This lovely couple from Bradenton rescued them yesterday and they couldn't be more perfect for each other.

They lost their beloved pittie, Pete, in December and had been recently looking for a bonded pair. One of their Jax friends happened to see a Facebook post about them, sent them a screenshot and they immediately fell in love! We met them halfway in Ocala yesterday and we instantly knew they were the ones.

Thank you to everyone who helped share their story. Thank you to everyone who helped walk them, feed them and keep them safe. And a special THANK YOU to Jonathan at Vanity Furs Pet Salon and Hotel for boarding them for a couple of weeks and loving them like they were yours! It was an amazing community effort and we couldn't have done it without you all! It was well worth the wait!! ♥️🐾

Meet Lady & Todd. These two tragically lost their owner on June 28 and are in desperate need of the perfect home. They're currently safe and secure in the owner's back yard as they can't go back inside until it's all cleaned up, which unfortunately may be awhile.

They're both 6 years old, spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on all of their shots. Their owner was an amazing dog dad & took them everywhere he went, even grocery shopping inside Publix. He put little booties on them in the summer. You'd see them hanging their heads out of his car window with their sunglasses on. He was an awesome dude and they miss him terribly!

They're in need of a pet free home, just to be safe, as we aren't 100% sure how they'd do with other animals inside. We're saying no children under 10ish, because we aren't sure how they are with kiddos. They're very well socialized with people and extremely well behaved. They know their basic commands (come, sit, wait) and just want to please you! They're some of the most loving happy pups I've ever met in all of my years as a dog walker.

A handful of the neighbors and I walked them over to our place and gave them nice baths, nail trims & ear cleanings. They did AMAZING and are so happy to be cleaned up! We'll be giving them regular baths since they're living outside for the time being. Woofgang even gave them a free spa day and said they did incredible!

A few dog walkers and myself have been taking them for daily walks in the mornings and evenings. If you're seriously interested and would like to meet them, message me and I can arrange it! We will be VERY choosy in finding them the proper home that they deserve. Their dad wouldn't want anything less!
