Testing out the new cattle herding arena after our “Kids” Herding Program, here at Mayrich. I don’t know what was more fun, working the dogs or listening to the peanut gallery 🤣🤣 Big thanks to Hails for filming for mom❤️❤️

We’re just a little bit obsessed with training dogs in this family 😊
You can take the girl from the arena, but you can’t take the arena from the girl.
This is what happens when the herding arena floods 😂

We recently travelled to Cheyenne, Wyoming to watch the National Cattledog Association national finals. It was an awesome trip and we got to see some great handlers and incredible dogs.
One of my favourites to watch was this young man, Brian Jacobs, and his dogs. He worked in partnership, always handling and it was beautiful and inspiring to say the least.
Some “Place Send” drills with distraction. I love this little guy 🙂
Brantley and I bringing up the goats for some sunset grazing on this gorgeous evening!
Workin dogs 🙂
If you’re struggling with your dog’s reactivity, be encouraged. You can overcome reactivity and you can do so in a matter of weeks not months or years.
Some morning training in our Behavioral Herding Program. Foundations and “thought” work.
