Tooth & Honey offers fashionable and stylish clothing and accessories for large dog breeds, specifically pit bulls. Our objectives include:
1.

Shop with us and help make a difference in the lives of animals in need. Tooth and Honey started in 2015 with the objective of making functional, comfortable sweaters( now pajamas, T-shirts and accessories!) for hard-to-fit, bully breed dogs, and using it as a way to support the animal rescue community and animal awareness initiatives.

“Tooth and Honey,” changed its name from “I’m a Dog, Keep

Me Warm,” to better reflect what inspires the company, beyond making cozy dog sweaters. We started making sweaters after we realized that there were zero products on the market fitted for uniquely-sized (and uniquely-shaped) pitbulls.

“Tooth” alludes to the loyally protective nature of these hard-to-fit canines, like a fiercely supportive friend with a hard-candy shell. This rough exterior is balanced with “honey,” which refers to the calm, therapeutic, and sweet presence of bully breeds—and any dog—who have become true members of the family. Anyone with a pitbull or bully breed in their family knows that damaged stereotypes and violent perceptions about them couldn’t be further from the truth! It is one of Tooth and Honey’s priorities to change that image, so that more bully breeds will be rescued and adopted. When you buy a product from us, you are not only buying a quality, hand-crafted item for your companion, but you are helping us further our goals of making the world a better place for animals: a portion of all proceeds is donated to various animal shelters as we strive to bring attention to important issues like spaying, neutering and animal abuse. We look forward to expanding our business to accomplish these overarching objectives and support the animal community. SUPPORT ANIMAL RESCUE INITIATIVES: Donate to animal shelters and rescues

2. IMPROVE THE IMAGE OF PITBULLS: Portray pitbulls and bully breeds in a positive light, and make it easy for others to do the same (one sweater at a time)

3. INCREASE AWARENESS OF IMPORTANT ISSUES: Spread knowledge and information on animal abuse and spaying/neutering pets.

If what you are looking for is an adorable, wiggly pup that is just as happy on the couch as cruising the neighborhood, look no further! Raindrop is the one for you. This sweet girl came to BARCS back a couple months ago as a stray and was initially nervous in the kennels. But after going to a foster home, her true personality emerged and she is a wonderful, snuggly pal with so much to offer!

Read on to learn all about Raindrop:

🐶 6 years old, 53lbs

🥔 Couch potato - she prefers to cuddle up for pets more than anything else!

✨ Raindrop is very smart and eager to please. She knows “sit”, “down”, “crate”, and is working on “paw”! She is also housebroken, crate trained and walks so well on leash beside her human friends.

🥎 She can be playful but is an independent lady. She will happily chew on a toy on her bed and keep herself entertained.

🐾 Raindrop is currently cohabiting with a resident dog in her foster home. She is curious, but mostly ignores him. She would prefer to meet any potential doggie roommates to make sure they are a good match!

🎁 Her adoption fee is WAIVED thanks to the “Love Lasts Forever” adoption package for senior animals.
