Bowl or bottle?
A water bowl is the most natural way of providing water to a bunny. A rabbit with access to both a water bowl and a water bottle will almost always prefer to drink from the bowl. It's much easier for bunny to drink out of a bowl because the water doesn’t come out one drip at a time. A bottle forces the rabbit to tilt their head in an unnatural position which makes drinking uncomfortable. It is more natural and comfortable for bunny to drink out of a bowl so providing a bowl over a bottle makes sense and is best for bunny.
Choose a heavy base bowl that cannot be easily tipped over. Have more than one bowl available especially if your bunny is a repeat offender for spilling or splashing their water. Change bunny's water morning and night to encourage them to drink plenty of fresh water.
