Many people often wonder why shelters and rescues desperately beg for fosters all of the time. Our Diamond is a perfect example of why…fostering saves lives!!!!! Diamond is 10 years young and was taken to a shelter in rural WV to be euthanized for “old age.” All she needed was a spay and mastectomy to get her back to a healthy girl! Diamond has the most amazing foster family ever, that we have so much gratitude for! They stepped up to help us save this beautiful girl! This is a video of her earlier from her foster mom. Diamond is a very happy, healthy girl, who is most importantly enjoying life that her old owner was going to cut short!

Happy Easter and hope you are all enjoying the spirit it entails. We have a wonderful update for our little pupper Mocha McKenna. She had a visitor from the rescue today and amazed the vets with her response! Our sweet pupper not only recognized but became excited and wagged her tail enthusiastically when she saw our team member. We realize that saving her has been no guarantee and a financial commitment but to know this girl is to love her. Body, soul and spirit. We truly believe that she has angels guiding her on her path. The snowfall brought some extra fun playtime at R.E.AL.! We have some wonderful rotties and "notties" available. This play group features Charlie, Remi, Falcor, Mischief, Bonzai and Tinsel. All are dog friendly and fully vetted. All pups in this group have a reduced adoption fee thru the month of January.
