As of 2018, MCDF is the non-profit AKC-licensed all-breed dog club serving the canine community within greater Lane County. We are the only AKC-licensed non-profit all-breed dog club serving the dog community within greater Lane County.

We Celebrate All Dogs!!

In 1983, the McKenzie Cascade Dog Fanciers (MCDF) was licensed by the American Kennel Club (AKC) to represent the Springfield, OR, region. As of 2018, we have grown to be the AKC-licensed, non-profit dog club serving the dog community within greater Lane County.

Since 2010, MCDF has proudly co-hosted the state’s second largest dog event, the Covered Bridge Cluster. These four days of fun in conformation, obedience/rally, and agility competitions takes place in Albany, OR the fourth weekend in February.

Whether tiny or tall, small or large, purebred or mixed, WE CELEBRATE ALL DOGS!!
