We are back in the Town of Spencer on Thursday, November 14th!

Another discounted Community Cat (TNR) Mobile Spay/Neuter day! Services provided by Community Pets Mobile Veterinary Clinic and hosted by the Spencer Fire Department.

Community TNR (Feral) cats only. No dogs on this day and no cats in carriers. Cats for this clinic must come in traps and they will be ear-tipped: no exceptions.

What a beautiful day for vaccines at the Rescue Ranch partnering with Iredell County Animal Services

Thank you to all the volunteers that made this possible! We saw close to 150 animals for vaccines, testing and microchips.

First time at Wilkes County Animal Services today. 37 cats for TNR. This team worked hard to trap, recover and release these kitties back to their environment. What a fun day! .

Today we partnered with Piedmont Animal Rescue - PAR and Cats of Davidson for 36 cute kitties! 26 females and 10 males

We had climbers, talkers, gropers and ones who didn’t care one second and took a nap instead. Grateful for the opportunity to make a difference!

Happy Halloween!!! It was a great day to vaccinate, microchip and test 92 pets!! Way to show up! The costumes and treats were amazing. Trick or treat!

A Howl-o-ween Extravaganza is happening! Come see us for all the vaccines, heartworm and FELV/FIV testing and preventions. Fact: fleas are worse in the winter because the thought is it gets too cold for them to breed…..that’s a myth! Get your flea prevention ASAP!

Howl'oween Pet Vaccines are almost here! Oct 31st 9am-2pm Open to residents of any County! Community Pets Mobile Veterinary Clinic sets up at the Rowan County Fairgrounds. Sometimes it takes a village even when it comes to animals. An organization called Rowan Neuter Scooter was formerly a transport partner with the Charlotte Humane Society, but when that contract ended, they knew they still wanted to find a way to help with providing an affordable spay/neuter option....

🐾 Words cannot describe the incredible weekend we had in Kinston! 🐾

In just two days, we spayed and neutered 91 cats—51 females and 40 males. None of this would have been possible without our amazing village of volunteers: grant funding to offer this at a reduced cost no cost, those who helped with scheduling, those who taught others how to trap cats, assisted with check-ins and discharges, and offered a safe building for the cats to recover overnight.

Together, we made a difference by preventing unwanted litters, reducing overpopulation in shelters, and ultimately decreasing euthanasia rates. It’s true… fix one, save hundreds. Back at the Salisbury Civic Center today for another great event with dogs and cats! 🐾 Rowan County always brings the cutest pets. A huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers (Rowan Neuter Scooter and Res-Q Runner) who make this possible and to all the pet parents for prioritizing spay and neuter for their furry friends. We will continue working together to create a healthier, happier pet community!

🐈‍⬛🕷🕸🕷🐈‍⬛ Round 2 - Spooky Season Spay Neuter! Sign your cat or small dog up for this Wednesday, October 23rd!

Community Pets Mobile Veterinary Clinic will be at the Salisbury Civic Center (315 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave S) for another Spay Neuter day for companion cats & dogs. The mobile clinic can only accept dogs UNDER 40 lbs, pets under 6 years old and no smushy-faced breeds.

Other Important Info:
• Rowan County Animal Shelter vouchers ARE accepted for adopted pets
• Cats MUST come in hard-sided carriers only (no fabric, mesh, or cardboard)
• One cat per carrier for safety & recovery
• No feral cats, or cats in traps, on this date
• Dogs must have a secure collar & be on leash (it is the law)
• Limit of 3 pets per family

Surgery Costs:
• Dog Spay: $160 | Dog Neuter: $125
• Cat Spay: $85 | Cat Neuter: $70
• Limited additional services available at added cost.

Spots fill fast! Sign-up is first-come, first-served. Complete the form and pre-pay to secure your spot. The only accepted method of payment is PayPal.
