Well done Kinston! 100 cats became lucky cats today. Thank you Lake Norman Lucky Cat and Lucky Cats of Kinston for all the organizing, food, love and community. Incredible!

Today we fixed 54 females and 46 males. 67% of the females were in heat. That means there would have been 216 kittens in 2 months. 😳

To add another incredible stat: To date we have fixed 392 cats in Kinston. That equates to 2362 offspring prevented in 1 year, just in Kinston. Let that sink in……

Carolina Street Cats kicked off SnipGiving with 39 kitties in Union County… and not to be outdone, Rowan County said “hold our gravy” and teamed up with Rowan Neuter Scooter for 41!

So much snipping, so much teamwork, and so many future kittens not being cooked up this holiday season.
Feeling grateful, giggly, and proud. Oh happy day! 🦃🐾💛

We are entering Thanksgiving with hearts full of gratitude for our growing community. Check out our breakfast feast provided by the wonderful volunteers at Rowan Neuter Scooter. ❤️

And yes….we had ALOT of festive orangie kitties today!

If Thanksgiving had a spay-day version of a potluck, today was it. Everyone showed up with something: Sunkissed Acres NC, Cats of Davidson, Windsor Kittens and our trapping all-stars, Beth Morrison King and Alicia rolled in like the world’s best casserole lineup. Together we hit 48 surgeries — neatly split down the middle, because even the critters apparently know balance before the holiday carbs hit. 😂🦃

But the funny part ends there, because the gratitude is real. Days like this remind us how lucky we are to work with partners who share one huge mission: fix them all, help them all, love them all. And for that, we couldn’t be more thankful. 🍂❤️

We hit the road bright and early for our Friends of Anson County Animal Shelter adventure! From the volunteers to the festive decorations to the warm welcome from staff and community, today was overflowing with gratitude. We’re truly so lucky! 🍁✨

And speaking of special—it’s APRIL’S BIRTHDAY! 🎉 She’s the one who keeps this whole operation humming, greets you with the biggest smile, and sneaks in all the baby snuggles. Happy birthday, April! 🐾💕

Turkey, Gravy, and Cranberry all checked in for their thanks-fixing today—don’t worry, no leftovers were harmed. 😄 Add in a bunch of adorable floofers and it was a perfect pre-holiday party. 🍗🦃

🎈Rubi the dog was absolutely queen for the day, soaking up every bit of love from the Piedmont Animal Rescue - PAR crew. Feeling extra thankful for our partners this season!
