WINTSON UPDATE:

Winston just got out of surgery and he is waking up. He had a leg and tail amputation. Thank you for all of the shares, prayers and donations. Donations are still desperately needed! 🙏🙏 It is unclear whether or not he is coming home and we should know by 5 pm after a blood draw if he needs to stay the night. We are at 425 out of the 2280 estimate.

If Winston makes it and a family doesn't come forward he will be looking for a family as well! 💕😺

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

Late one night we went and rescued a puppy, but the true hero was the one that gave him up. He came from a severe domestic violence situation and even though he was loved, she chose to give him up. She gave him up because she knew that he was being used as a tool against her and she could see the dangers he was enduring. Yes, the dog has been abused and after QT is up he will be posted.

Statistically speaking, it takes victims of domestic violence 7 different times of leaving to actually leave their abuser. They have been manipulated, neglected, abused and often experience what is known at trauma bonding.

What I want to say is that there IS help. There are places for you to go. There are people that love you, regardless of what the abuser has told you. Your life is worth living and you have a place in this world.

Mental health problems come out in the form of self harm, substance abuse, self loathing, narcissism, etc, but there is help and your life is worth living regardless of your struggle.

I quote this, “Regardless of who you are or what you’ve done, just know that someone out there loves you more than you love yourself. I love you.”

Meet Bear! 🐻

Bear is a 5 month old poodle mix (unknown exact breed mix) who is estimated to get 18-25 lbs. He is looking for either an adopter or foster to adopt home. He is currently 8 lbs. He has tons of energy and needs a person or a family who can give him all of the stimulation that he needs! Once he is done playing he is all about cuddles. Bear will need some help potty training but is doing well with it when crated and then taken outside. He will come with his first shots, deworming, microchip, and neuter. His neuter and rabies are scheduled the 23rd but he can go into a foster to adopt home prior to and we would pick him up for and drop him off from his appointment. UPDATE 1/15/24. ESTELLE is still looking for her perfect home around Metro Detroit, MI

Estelle is still looking for her furever home. Estelle is 3 months old and has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and vaccinated. She is a purebred, special needs (blind) miniature poodle. Her adoption fee is 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ and all vet paperwork will come home with her. She traveled 10 hours in a car to get here. She can travel a little more to find her family! If you are interested in her please email [email protected] for an adoption application. We do applications on each individual dog adopted from us so if you have already adopted one we do require another for the animal at hand. If the application looks good we can move forward with a meet and greet. If the meet and greet goes well you would be able to bring her home the same day. She eats watered down wet food as she does not want water. She will have to go to a home with other small animals or no other animals. She cannot see so she knocks into things and could easily be stepped on by a bigger animal. If you're looking for a snuggle bug then Estelle might be the right fit for you! Meet Estelle! Estelle is a purebred AKC miniature poodle but she will not come with papers. She is 12 weeks old and weighs just over 3 lbs. She is blind and has become a shadow, following around her person and snuggling. She was a champ who came all of the way from Kentucky. She has had all her vaccines, microchip, had been dewormed, and was spayed with the lab puppies. She is good with cats, dogs, and kids. She is not first come first serve. Her adoption fee will be 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. We will start taking applications on her tonight.

We are down to one last puppy, Freddy! Freddy is a good mix of play and cuddles and has appears to be taking on an English lab body build and stature. Freddy is the last of our FNAF litter to have an adopter but he's definitely not the least! His siblings look up to him and he definitely helps dictate the show! He has a pending adopter!

We have one little lab angel left from our FNAF litter. He is very sweet and needs a home to call his own. He will be available on the 20th and will come neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and dewormed. We are looking for a SERVICE dog home for him as his foster feels like he may fit in this category. Of course he would also need to be a loved family member and companion! Keep in mind he may not work out as a service dog which is why he would need to be a companion first and foremost! His adoption fee is 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ and will be due at the time of pick up WITH an approved application! Attached are pictures of him. Meet our FNAF litter - Elizabeth, Bellora, Chica and Freddy! Freddy (Rip) has a pending adopter so it's just our little girls! CSNIP is working on all of these puppies for 10 week spay and neuters. They will be ready to go after this on December 20th. They can go the 9th if the adopter is able to take them to their upcoming appointment. All puppies will come microchipped, with two vaccines, dewormed and spayed/neutered. Mom and dad are believed to be pure lab. Adoption fee is 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ and will be due at the time of pick up WITH an approved adoption application. Once you have an approved application you can do a meet and greet ahead of time to pick out your puppy! There is one male and three females without approved applications. The male is posted! Adopt the least adopted puppy in rescue (the black one). 🖤 You won't regret it! Located with a foster in Troy but can be picked up in Kalamazoo area the 20th if we have adopters out that way since that is the location of their spay/neuter appointments!

All puppies will be ready to go December 20th after their spay and neuter appointments! Yes, there is a rehoming fee of 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. This includes their first two vaccines, microchip, deworming and spay and neuter. You can still come and meet them prior than this!

We have a beautiful litter of black lab foster pups just weaning off of the bottle. They were rescued due to mom no longer producing the milk needed to provide for them. They will not be ready for new homes for another 3 weeks and will have had first two vaccines on them, been dewormed and given microchips. We will start taking adoption applications soon. They go to their new foster tomorrow and although we are sad to see them go, we know they will get the continued socialization and love that they need. There are 2 boys and 3 girls. Yes, spay and neuters are a must! They have been around cats, dogs, and kids! If you know of anyone looking for lab pups send them our way! ❤️🖤 On a side note, when we say sometimes the breeds you love come through rescues this is what you we mean.

Congrats, sweet Marco! Good luck on your endeavors with your new family! 💞💞😇

Marco is a Belgium Malinois mix from a unknown background. We are guessing that he is about 2.5 months old due to size and behavior. He was found alone on the streets at 4-6 weeks old so has not had the advantage of other puppies to teach him anything. We are unsure what his breed mix is so can not know for sure

He has not been around children but is actively teething and nipping right now so will need an adopter that can work with that. He is learning things fairly quickly but still has a lot to learn.

He is currently in a foster home with other large breed dogs and cats. He wants to play with them all. If his forever home has other animals they have to understand that he wants to play and paw at them.

Hiccup is growing! Meet, Hiccup! A Chihuahua mix who is being treated with antibiotics. A lot of his worms are gone, but he does have some leg problems. He is no longer on milk replacer,and eats food and water independently. He is on supplements for his leg problems as he has been knuckling a lot since we have gotten him. He is growing and getting healthier each day! What do you think is in his breed mix?

This sweet boy needs a family without kids and other animals. He’s very sweet and would thrive well with a single person. He’s been getting plenty of training. He just needs his person to love him. 💞🐾

He is available for adoption and will need a strong and specific owner. He needs someone to help him get out his energy but keep him in line as well. He needs a single person or couple but no small kids and NO other animals in home.

All puppies are on their way. This transport with vaccinations and health certificates has put us a little over 1 0 0 0 for 8 puppies. We need to recoup as much of that as possible so we can continue rescuing these dogs in texas. This shelter had an 18% adoption rate meaning 82% never walk out alive. We need to have some foster to adopt homes lined up for these angels. The more we can adopt out the more we can save. Remember, this is proof that regardless of where you are in the world, and what a bad situation you may be in, someone, somewhere cares about you. 💞😇

Gidget is believed to be a lab x golden mix. She’s very sweet and loving.

Our boxer border collie mix puppies. Their mom was a purebred boxer but puppies weren’t so they got surrender to a high kill shelter. They’re playful and affectionate.

Oho and Lola are believed to be mini pin x dachshund mix puppies. They’re both sweet and were surrendered to a high kill shelter. We made the last minute decision to eat the cost and save them as well.

Missy was found roaming and no one claimed her. She is believed to be a lab/shepherd/husky mix puppy. She is around 4.5 months and our oldest puppy. She loves kids.

Please help us help them and help us keep saving. If you’re interested in being a foster to adopt home please message us. We are going to try to get them in early/mid May for their spays and neuters. Once they are spayed and neutered they can officially be adopted. They have already had all vaccines.

We need donations for transport to help get these pups from texas safe! We are dividing up the puppies with another rescue and will be tagging them once the puppies come up as we don’t know which rescue will get what pups. Here are a few of the urgent puppies we are hoping to pull. Transport is 2 0 0 a litter or 1 5 0 a puppy plus 3 4 a puppy for each health certificate. We are hoping we can pull at least one litter a month. In texas the adoption rate at many shelters are under 20% meaning over 2/3 of their intakes don’t leave alive. We can help though! The more donations we can get for transport the more we can pull. First step in rescue, get them safe. 💞🐾 Help save these angels. 😇

Please help Pirate find his forever home! He’s very motivated to learn and would do great in a working home.

Pirate is a sweet male 13 week old Australian Cattle Dog that loves to play with others. He treat motivated. His current favorite this is to be held for cuddles. We are guessing his adult weight will be between 35-50 pounds.

He is good with other dogs. He wants to chase cats. Because of his breed please no little kids.

He came from a hoarding case so is still working on potty training but is picking up on his leash manners quite well.

The Australian Cattle Dog is a herding dog originally bred for herding Cattle over large areas by nipping at them. They are highly energetic and have an independent streak.

Natasha is a 2-3 years old female cane corso. Her foster found her and Yelena right off of the freeway. This was a dire and dangerous situation and we are glad that they were saved in time. She LOVES children of all ages and has been good around other dogs. She has never been tested around cats. She has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, vaccinated, and is heartworm negative. All of this means that she’s ready for a new home! Please PM our page for an adoption contract if interested.

Natasha, black female cane Corso was found with her friend, Yelena, the female Bordeaux mastiff pit mix in Detroit. They have been with a foster for a month and are finally fully vetted and ready for adoption. They are great with other dogs and they love children. We are unsure of how they are with cats. They are spayed, microchipped, dewormed and UTD on shots. They are ready for their new homes! 💞🐾😇 Small adoption fee. They are located with a foster in Sterling Heights. Stray hold is ending for these two dogs that were found in Detroit. They are husky/malamutes. One male, one female vet estimated at 2 years old. They need an adopter WITHOUT cats or other dogs and must go together. All vetting (vaccines, microchip, deworming, spay/neuter) will be paid for. Please share and if interested please reach out. They have never been around kids, but given their breed I would rather them go to a home with older kids. We are not asking a rehoming fee, but they will go with an adoption contract.
