Another great week at Rue’s ❤️🐾, some friends have cleared customs and find themselves in our office waiting for their families arrival. While others await our USDA vet and CDC /CBP clearances. Regardless where they’re in the process we try to make all the pups feel at home .

Please understand our team is taking care of pups, incoming flights, vet exams , and customs clearances. If we can’t get back to you right away we’re doing our very best to help those families who’ve arrived or have dogs at our facility.

Again, we do appreciate everyone’s continued support . Have a blessed weekend 😊🐾✈️

Our first service dog on Latam came yesterday into Rue’s Kennel. We’ve continue to work closely with our airline partners assisting them during a very challenging journey.

Today, August 1st CDC new regulations went into effect: our team has been working long hours , we’re blessed to have a new staff member who is Spanish speaking onboard now .

We have 3 flights today , all left successfully, all hand carry with their pets .

We have dogs arriving today from China also . This has been one of the most stressful times for everyone in the world:

I just keep my faith that everything will continue to work out for the best. Our facility is here to support our families through difficult times .

Our flight nanny’s leaving with 2 beautiful rescues from SoiDogs .

Flight Es**rt is critical to our mission, our team is fully committed to making sure our flight parents will and can fly with their family pets, es**rt rescues, or our men and women severing our country can fly home with their pet as hand carry or in cabin .

I have always had faith this will work out and maintain my prayers for all our families during this very uncertain time. Our team is fully committed to helping our flight parents navigate through the new very difficult CDC rules .

Takes a small village of caring people at the warehouse to help with our pups . Again, we very grateful for the outstanding job ANA and WFS did yesterday. Nice to thank those folks behind the scenes working for many hours helping our dogs.

Nearly a month now with Patrick heading home to his forever family next week . When he came to us at Rues can couldn’t walk . He’s been walking , and we’ve been continuing his physical therapy while under our care . We so happy for you Patrick and your family ❤️🐾🐾 Jill
