Yes!

When you met your dog, was it love at first sight? Or did it take some time to fall in love with them?

With Jake, it was love at first sight for me. It was an overwhelming feeling.

With Shadow Dawn, I felt she was the dog for me but it wasn't love at first sight. In fact, I struggled for a few weeks to really love her. Happily, now I love her with my whole heart despite our early struggles.
