Equally October and November are pretty full also so I would get booked in .

This poor little love came in on Friday as a rescue groom and the worse case of neglect and abuse I've ever seen. Poor girl was so matted from her lying in faeces and urine it was burning her skin. Her coat was so pelted to her skin it took me around 8 hours to remove it , she could hardly walk due to the matting as it must of been so painful for her , , this had been her life for 3 years covered in her own excrement and she just let me take it all off , never growled , cried or whimpered. Dogs are so intelligent and this one was just the same , she just knew I was trying to help and let me carry on , I hope I never see anything like this again

Thankfully she has a new family who are going to shower her with love which is the very least she deserves.

Hi Everyone

FYI
If you miss or can't make it to your booked appointment this week I will not be offering an an alternative slot before Christmas I have no capacity.

Also I never mind anybody asking if they can move or change their appointment time with good notice , I understand things come up as I also have had this issue on occasion, that's life! However , anybody cancelling late (within 48 hours) or no showing will from now on be required to pay half the grooming cost of their missed appointment. If payment is not made all future bookings will be cancelled.No exceptions will be made.

I don't like to do this but unfortunately it's a problem that is happening all to regularly.

I have no more availability before Christmas.

I thank you all for your loyal custom and I do appreciate that no slow/ late cancellation fee for most of you will have no impact.
