HELP!! Looking for suggestions!!! Unfortunately a few days ago I brought my dog (Oakley 3yrs old) to Coastal care veterinary emergency clinic, he wasn’t eating and not acting like himself. after examination it looks like he eat some kinda fabric and it’s causing a blockage. The bill I’ve paid so far is ridicules ($2,300🤢) and they still want another $5000- $6000 for surgery to remove the blockage and I cannot afford it. I’m looking for any advice or cheaper alternatives or even vets around the area that will be able to help, I’m afraid if I can’t find the help I need or find a place to do surgery for cheaper I will have to put my poor baby down, I’m praying it really won’t come down to that so please please lmk if anyone has any suggestions that could help me and my boy out.

Hey Shelburne!😄 lets help out a wonderful non-profit organization! Shelburne County Society for the Rescue of Feral Cats & Kittens have rescued, captured, rehabilitated, vaccinated, and have fixed many cats and kitten here in Shelburne county! As a non-profit organization They rely on donations from us too help the organization stay running.

I’ve decided to help them out by doing dog walks!🐶 all proceeds from the dog walks will go to the rescue to help with there expenses! Dog walks will start aug 13th, pm me to be put on a list for that day and arrange a meeting spot and time in Shelburne! If your not able to make it too Shelburne I can come too you but a small gas free may be charged depending on distance.
You can also pm me with any questions I would be more than happy to answer them for you!☺️
(End date aug 25th)

1 1/2 hour dog walk $20
2 hour dog walk $30

If it is too hot or if the weather isn’t nice we will move your walk to a different time in the evening when it’s cooler or to the next day.

sometimes us humans can get carried away and can unintentionally make our pups rush their outside time. But did you know by letting your dog take their time on your walks together your dog will, build confidence, avoid potential behavioral issues like anxiety and aggression, build a stronger bond together, and of course walks provide mental stimulation.
