How to grow a pineapple.
When you break off the top part, the cluster of sharp leaves, peel off some of the bottom little leaves and you will find some baby roots already emerging.
You can plant this directly into the soil, making a hole a couple of inches deep and pushing the pineapple top into it. Press it down, put the soil back around it and water well every day. Soon it will be well rooted and growing to produce your next pineapple in a year or two.

As we venture out from the cosy comfort of our centrally heated homes into the invigorating, fresh Spring air, there’s undoubtedly a spring in our steps as we celebrate the flowers and new green leaves popping up everywhere.

To celebrate the lightness of Spring, we are launching lighter packaging for our 100g PET Plus. These pouches are made from a single type of plastic, known as MONO plastic (Polypropylene) which is more efficiently, cleanly and completely recyclable. They can currently be recycled at most large store fronts.

Regulations are also changing so that these will be recognised as kerbside recyclable by 2027, sooner in some areas.

These pouches will also fit through your letterbox, making it so much easier to receive your order. No more trips to the Post Office to collect your pot. No more searching for the special, secret place the postie has secreted it. We’re aiming for a simpler, more streamlined delivery service.

I sincerely hope that these new pouches are easy to use as well as easy to receive.

A very hairy caterpillar clearly saying 'Don't touch me' because if you do, you will itch for ages. No attempt at camouflage, the opposite of the stick insect which looks just like a stick!

The source of antioxidants really matters. In natural whole foods, there are thousands of molecules acting in harmony to neutralise free radicals.
