So I know I haven’t been very active recently. I was trying to figure out what I was going to tell yall… So as some of you know I did a full panel Embark test on Boo my BHT mismark “american corgi” well the tests came back, and Boo is actually 15% mini australian shepherd. I’m going to be honest my jaw was on the floor I didn’t know what to do. I confronted the breeder that has Boo’s mom and she denied that the aussie came from her side, the breeder that had Boo’s dad denies that the aussie came from their side… So i don’t know who to trust, both parties are in the wrong for not fully testing their dogs and sending the info to the other party. I guess this just goes to show that you MUST be asking your puppy’s/dog’s breeder for testing. They had not only ME fooled they also had my breeder friends fooled, and my family and friends fool. He was advertised as an American Corgi, not an Auggie. Not only do people lie but you never know what will show up in testing, they had everyone fooled I even got Boo registered with the CKC as an American Corgi, so i’ve got a not american corgi auggie that’s registered but pointless now 🙃

So what does this mean going forward?

1). Any future dogs we add to the program will be fully tested PRIOR to even coming home…

2). Unfortunately Boo will be washed from any plans we had with him and will be fixed but will stay in our home as a family pet.

Hello Everyone!!!

I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Emily. I had a corgi growing up and absolutely loved her and growing up i always wanted another, in late 2022 I finally got one for myself! My pups are seen and treated like my babies 💕 I have been speaking to other breeders and gaining knowledge and i think im finally ready to start something myself!!

Boo, the boy we’ve been posting will be our only stud in our program. I do not want the stress of multiple males in the same house since they’re treated like family pets they’re able to roam freely in our house and i feel if we had multiple males we couldn’t uphold the nice lives our dogs live if they’re locked up or separated from each other.

A little info on Boo, he is soon to be CKC registered (his papers get sent off tomorrow since todays a holiday). He is tested for the “big three”, DM, EIC, VWD1, he is a DM carrier… I sent off a full Embark test the other day and should hear back in a few weeks about other genetics. He is a full Fluffy Black Headed Tri Mismark. He can be used in other programs to approved breeders with testing.
