How do I order?

How do I know if my order went through?
- Upon receiving your order, we will issue you an official invoice via Email. Please ensure that Jingle’s
email [email protected] is under your Mailbox Safe List. Once the official invoice is sent, kindly make the necessary payment within the next 24 hours. We will be most pleased to reserve your item for 24 hours only. How do I make payment? What are the modes of payments available?
- All payments should be made to:
POSB Savings (account numbers will be sent through mail attached with the invoice)
- Payment via ATM/I-banking only
- No interbank transfers is allowed
What happens after I make my payment?
- Once the payment is successfully made, please reply in the following format to the original official invoice that was emailed to you. Transaction Details:

- Your order will be mailed out within 1 day upon payment received, we will send you a confirmation email once we have received your payment. What are the postage charges?
- Postage is strictly for within Singapore only
- Normal/Registered postage is available
- Normal postage costs $1.50 for the first item and $1.00 for every subsequent item
- We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items through normal postage.
- Registered postage is strongly recommended at an additional SGD$2.24
- Please take note that bulky items, such as BED & SOFA, will have a different postage. We will advise you accordingly in the official email of the postage charge. For your assurance, we offer Self Collection for All items。 Self Collection is available at Bedok/Tampines/Simei/Pasir Ris only. How do I know if my item is in good condition before ordering?
- At Jingle’s, we ensure that all our products are in good condition before mailing them out. We will do the necessary quality check on all of our products and ensure that they are safely packed before mailing out. However, any damages caused during postage of products are not of our responsibility. Thank you for choosing Jingle’s and we look forward to your little furry buddies using Jingle’s products! P.S from every item you purchase, $2 will be donated to pet re-homer/rescuer foundation to aid in providing a better welfare for other little furry buddies in need.
