Hey you awesome trainers. I don’t have my personal dogs involved in any competitions. If you do, I’d love to show up and root for you and your dogs, and get to see any type of competition. I know my schedule will vary, but please share what you’re doing with your dogs, and any of us can go and show support. 😬🤗

Guys, discussion time. I need your thoughts. Have a case of a client with a 5-year old beagle who has major separation anxiety. Client lives in a unit where he shared walls with neighbors, and multiple have complained that while he’s away, his dog howls all day. If folks weren’t working from home for COVID I almost think it’d be a non-issue. But his HOA has given him until July 7 to figure out what to do with this dog. I’ve gone through several options for him. I’d love to hear your thoughts. The longest this dog goes (so far with practice) is 30 minutes, but the guy works weekdays, standard business hours. He has tried a bark collar, but it’s not from a reputable brand. I have a sportdog SBC-R that we can try, but I don’t want to punish a dog for doing what is characteristic for beagles, being vocal. Thoughts?
