Are you struggling with loneliness? Has it been difficult for you to integrate back into community since Covid? Do you dare to dream again? Then this weekend retreat is for you! Come and enjoy two days of equine therapy, innovative and encouraging talks, delicious food, wine, music, and beautiful scenery. You will leave feeling encouraged, rejuvenated, and inspired.

I am thinking about hosting a 4 day horse retreat for those struggling with loneliness, hopelessness, and self confidence.

I have been doing a lot of research and talking to individuals. These three issues have been coming up constantly.

Horses can teach us so much about community, self awareness, and walking with confidence.

The retreat will be July 22-25

-4 days of rejuvenation
-EAL exercises/Work book modules
-Team building activities with horses
-Guest Speakers
-Delicious meals
-Beautiful scenery

Today was so special. I have no words. We took the mini horses down to Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald house. It was the most fulfilling hour bringing a smile to kids who are facing the most difficult challenges. Alex and I left feeling beyond blessed to be able to make a child's day brighter. Dash & Cooper were superstars! 🌟
